Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for interacting with counsellors of Propelld partnered training
Institutes.
- Interacting and following up with student borrowers
- Co-ordinating for loan process approval, logistics and documentation to
final disbursal of loan to the student.
- Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer
enquiries over email, phone and chat.
- Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of
the company.
- Capturing customer feedback and channelizing to internal teams for
appropriate action.
- Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required.
Required SkillSet
- Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person;
- Strong multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications
Freshers can applyStrong communication in English and Hindi.Knowledge of education loan products and the education sector is a plus.
