Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Operations Executive will handle day-to-day sales operations, assist in improving customer service processes, perform data analysis for sales performance, maintain communication with clients, and support the sales team with various operational tasks. This role requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and provide exceptional support to ensure smooth sales and customer service functions.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Sales
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads for ambulance services (B2B & B2C)
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, corporates, and emergency partners
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive service outreach
  • Manage client onboarding, coordination, and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, sales data, and forecasts
  • Oversee staff rosters, grooming, and grievance redressal
  • Handle client relations and service-level compliance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
