Grow Your Staff is looking for a Sales Operations Executive- Lead Quality & Data Validation for a US-based lead generation and data services company. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US.
Experience required: 2-4 years
Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)
CTC: 5 LPA - 7 LPA
Location: Remote

Responsibilities
- Review and validate pre-generated lead lists against defined qualification criteria
- Verify company details, contact information, and geographic accuracy
- Cross-check LinkedIn profiles to ensure correct contact-person matching
- Validate email addresses using verification tools to maintain high deliverability standards
- Ensure each lead aligns with client-specific Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) requirements
- Identify and flag inaccurate, duplicate, incomplete, or disqualified leads
- Maintain accurate tracking sheets and documentation of reviewed leads
- Follow standardized operating procedures for lead quality checks
- Support additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations/Business, or a related field
- Proven 24 years of experience in operations, data review, lead generation, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, LinkedIn, Email validation, and browser-based research tools
- Ability to follow structured processes and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and consistent work ethic
