Job Title: Sales Operations Executive/ Associate
About the Role: -
This role focuses on execution and operational support, ensuring accurate handling of customer quotes, sales data, and order-related information. The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, structured processes, and operational workflows within an e-commerce or operations-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
Pre-process, clean, and validate customer quotes and sales data prior to reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, order status, and fulfilment details
Track, update, and report sales representative performance metrics on a regular basis
Support supply chain operations by maintaining well-structured and up-to-date operational data
Work with core e-commerce concepts such as orders, SKUs, pricing, cancellations, and dispatch
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across internal trackers and reports
Good to Have Skills: -
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel
Understanding of e-commerce operations and order management
Experience in sales performance tracking and reporting
Ability to create and maintain process documentation (SOPs)
