Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Documentation & Compliance

  • Partner with the Sales team to generate, modify, and deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation aligned with sales objectives.
  • Audit documents throughout the quote-to-order process to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage redlines, escalations, and approvals to maintain documentation integrity.
  • Ensure quote-to-cash compliance by collaborating with Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, Services, and Sales.

Sales Process & System Management

  • Maintain and update Salesforce CPQ throughout the sales cycle to ensure data accuracy.
  • Execute and track credits and RMAs through to completion.
  • Understand and apply go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and sales promotions when advising on deal structure.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end business activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

  • Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
  • Support peers to ensure balanced workload distribution.
  • Embrace evolving technologies to meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of post-secondary education or relevant experience in sales or customer service.
  • Technical proficiency preferred in Salesforce and Microsoft applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and adaptable to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Limited travel required.
