Key Responsibilities
Sales Documentation & Compliance
- Partner with the Sales team to generate, modify, and deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation aligned with sales objectives.
- Audit documents throughout the quote-to-order process to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Manage redlines, escalations, and approvals to maintain documentation integrity.
- Ensure quote-to-cash compliance by collaborating with Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, Services, and Sales.
Sales Process & System Management
- Maintain and update Salesforce CPQ throughout the sales cycle to ensure data accuracy.
- Execute and track credits and RMAs through to completion.
- Understand and apply go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and sales promotions when advising on deal structure.
- Support month-end and quarter-end business activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
- Support peers to ensure balanced workload distribution.
- Embrace evolving technologies to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of post-secondary education or relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Technical proficiency preferred in Salesforce and Microsoft applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and adaptable to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Limited travel required.
