Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with 12 years of experience in Salesforce administration and sales operations who are eager to deepen their expertise in CRM management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Lead and contribute to maintaining a high-performing sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce tasks, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and ensure data integrity.
- Configure fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and basic automations.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide first-line support for Sales and Customer teams.
- Assist in testing and deploying new Salesforce features and enhancements.
Sales Operations Support
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Document and improve sales processes and workflows.
- Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and ensure CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for data alignment across systems.
- Prepare operational reports and support ad-hoc analysis for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in Salesforce administration or Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (experience with configuration and reporting).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or in progress.
- Experience with sales processes, CRM tools, or business operations.
- Familiarity with Pardot (Account Engagement) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Interest in career growth within Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM Administration.
