Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Analyst based in Bengaluru. The role involves analyzing sales data, supporting the sales team in achieving goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and improving operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include monitoring financial and sales performance, preparing reports, identifying trends for improved decision-making, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in sales processes and operations to support and streamline sales activities
• Knowledge of finance principles and the ability to analyze financial data
• Familiarity with sales operations tools and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset
