Responsibilities
- Own and manage the sales go-to-market tool stack, including Attio (CRM) and Clay (Sales Intelligence).
- Maintain CRM hygiene across the business, ensuring clean, reliable, and structured data for forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure sales activities are properly logged and maintain accurate account mapping, segmentation, and analysis.
- Build and maintain forecasting models and dashboards that deliver visibility into pipeline health, win rates, and velocity.
- Run the weekly forecasting cadence, consolidating AE inputs, identifying risks, and producing clear summaries for leadership.
- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, data and workflow gaps, hand-off friction, and inaccurate pipeline to improve sales efficiency.
- Support AEs with operational tasks, requests, and process improvements to maximise their selling time.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Attio, Salesforce, or HubSpot) and sales intelligence tools.
- Experience with Clay for sales intelligence and enrichment workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in building dashboards and reports (Clay, Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
- Strong communication skills, able to synthesise complex data into clear insights for the sales team.
- Bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
