Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and/or other sales platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, funnel metrics, and forecasting.
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of data accuracy and reporting integrity.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with RevOps platforms (Clari, Outreach, Gong, LeanData, etc.).
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics (optional).
  • Knowledge of SaaS, B2B, or enterprise sales models.
  • Background in working with sales compensation or territory planning.
  • Ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
