What is the role
We are looking for a sales operation analyst to own and drive our Go-To-Market analytics strategy and execution. This critical role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and business operations, ensuring our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) have the insights needed to
accelerate growth and operate decently. An eager candidate to make an impact at Xoxoday and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and can operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right.
- Comfortable talking about pipeline coverage and conversion rates as they are building automations in CRM.
- Sound working knowledge of Hubspot configuration and automation
- Build and automate actionable dashboards enabling teams to act on high priority accounts, risk accounts and identify potential upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Skilled in analyzing pipeline gaps and implementing targeted optimizations to improve lead-to-deal conversion rates.
- Conducting regular data audits to identify gaps, improving reporting accuracy
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & other teams to align on business objectives and accelerate outcomes.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- 23 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong skills in Excel and other BI tools like Power BI.
- Basic understanding of the SaaS business model, key GTM operational processes, and common revenue metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, contraction, lead to opportunity conversion, CLV)
- Proven ability to manage and execute tasks for cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
