Job Description

Identifying and approaching schools and educational institutions to introduce the organization's offerings, including psychometric assessments, career guidance solutions, life skills programs, internship initiatives, and student development products.

Conduct school visits by delivering presentations, product demos, and introductory meetings with principals, coordinators, counselors, and school staff.

Help generate and manage institutional leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach activities, ensuring timely follow-ups under guidance of seniors.

Communicate product features and benefits clearly to school representatives, students, and parents to support student enrollments and institutional conversions.

Explaining AI-based psychometric assessment reports, coordinating closely with senior counselors and internal teams.

Represent the organization during school visits, education fairs, and promotional events, ensuring professional brand representation through presentations and marketing material.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, counseling, and operations) to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain accurate records of school visits, leads, follow-ups, and enrollments, and submit daily activity reports.

Build positive working relationships with school coordinators and administrative staff to support long-term engagement.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree mandatory.

1-2 years of experience in institutional sales, educational outreach, finance institutions or career counseling.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Having good connections with school principals.

Willingness to travel frequently for school visits and campaigns.

Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
