Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to manage our top customers and oversee business operations within the General Trade segment, specifically in the beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care sectors. In this role, you'll be crucial in maintaining strong business relationships with key clients, negotiating effectively, and achieving ambitious sales and collection goals. You'll be responsible for driving market visibility, executing promotional initiatives, and ensuring comprehensive record-keeping, all while coordinating seamlessly with your team and distribution network.

Responsibilities

  • Manage top customers and oversee business operations.
  • Regularly meet with key clients to negotiate and maintain business relationships.
  • Achieve sales and collection goals through effective coordination with the team, dealers, and support staff.
  • Meet visibility targets set by supervisors or company guidelines.
  • Set and achieve weekly and monthly primary and secondary sales targets through assigned staff.
  • Execute all promotional schemes and initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales transactions and sales points.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the General Trade in salon, beauty, skincare, haircare, personal care, or in food & beverages.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care market and in handling distributors and team.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
