This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, conducting channel sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth while aligning with the company's sustainability mission.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to effectively interact with clients
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying sales prospects
• Excellent Communication capabilities for effective client engagements
• Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to drive consistent growth
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the cooling or HVAC industry is an advantage
