Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Rajkot. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, offering top-notch customer service, supporting channel sales operations, and managing day-to-day sales activities. The role focuses on building client relationships, promoting financial products, and ensuring client satisfaction through consultative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and building lasting client relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify potential opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills to articulate solutions and engage with clients effectively
  • Understanding of Sales Operations and skill in managing day-to-day sales activities
  • Familiarity with Channel Sales and the ability to collaborate with distributed teams
  • Result-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in financial services or the banking sector is an added advantage
