Hiring – Trainee Sales Officer (TSO)

We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates for the role of Trainee Sales Officer (TSO).

Locations: Rajkot, Kutch, Junagadh

Qualification: Any Graduate / Technical Background Preferred

Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

CTC: Up to 3.2 LPA

Requirements:

• Must own a 2-wheeler

• Good knowledge of the local territory

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Role Overview:

• Visit mechanics regularly within the assigned territory

• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers

• Support secondary sales growth and increase market presence

• Conduct mechanic engagement activities such as nukkad meets and van campaigns

• Promote products and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily mechanic visits and follow-ups

• Expand mechanic network in the assigned area

• Achieve secondary sales/order targets

• Maintain visit reports and sales updates
