Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, based in Meerut. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role involves handling sales operations, engaging in channel sales activities, and achieving set sales targets. The position requires active participation in client communications and collaboration with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in Channel Sales and related activities
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Goal-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Preferably prior experience in financial services or a sales-driven role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
