About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager to expand our market presence in the Kochi, Coimbatore,Bhubaneshwar, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Jaipur, Chennai, Kolkata region. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role suited for professionals with strong industry networks—especially in home/building design—and a passion for smart technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive regional sales through active lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
· Promote our home and hotel automation solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate and design ecosystem.
· Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend tailored automation solutions (lighting, security, climate control, etc.).
· Follow up on leads.
· Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and market trends.
· Represent the brand at trade shows, site meetings, and networking events.

Required Skills & Attributes:
· Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in architectural/interior or tech-integrated products
· Strong network with architects, interior designers, or builders
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in a client-facing role
· Willing to travel for client and site meetings within the city/region
· Comfortable working independently with digital reporting and remote coordination
