Sales Officer - Real Estate & Senior Living Partnerships

Dr. Morepen Home is expanding its senior care and community healthcare presence. We are looking for a Sales Officer with strong real estate and builder network, especially within Gurgaon and NCR.

This role focuses on developing partnerships with builders, gated communities, and senior living projects to strengthen our healthcare presence in residential ecosystems.

The ideal candidate should have existing connections within the real estate or channel partner network and be comfortable building long-term institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop partnerships with builders and residential developers

Build relationships with channel partners and senior living operators

Open new access channels within gated communities

Coordinate with internal teams to structure partnership offerings

Maintain and grow a strong local network ecosystem

Ideal Candidate

2-5 years experience in real estate / channel partner sales and elder care centers

Strong builder or developer network (Gurgaon preferred)

Experience handling B2B or institutional partnerships

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
