Role Overview
As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving business growth, building
strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market footprint. You
will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting business
targets, and promoting Novateor's product portfolio through effective field
engagement and channel development.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, channel
partners, and distributors.
● Promote and sell Novateor's products (especially SmiloShine) to retail stores,
pharmacies, dental clinics, and other relevant channels.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and trade partners.
●Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
● Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and market campaigns.
● Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management team.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and brand
awareness programs.
● Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and follow-up records.
● Support the overall business development strategy for assigned territories.
Key Skills & Competencies
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Result-oriented approach with a passion for sales and market growth.
● Good understanding of retail, FMCG, or healthcare product markets.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
● Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
Qualification
● Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing (MBA preferred).
● 0–2 years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in FMCG,
healthcare, dental, or cosmetic products.
Compensation
● CTC: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA (including performance-based incentives and travel
allowance).
● On Probation:₹15,000-₹20,000/- Per Month+DA+TA.
Working Hours
● Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), Sunday weekly off.
