Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Chennai. The Sales Officer will focus on generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves promoting the bank's products and services, executing sales strategies, providing top-notch customer service, and working collaboratively with channel partners to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to identify their financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to handle diverse client interactions effectively.
- Experience with Lead Generation and Sales Operations, ensuring successful new client acquisitions and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Channel Sales, with the ability to collaborate with partners to drive business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred. Background in banking or sales roles will be an added advantage.
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
