About the Role

Dhar In Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented EV Sales Officer to promote and expand our Electric Vehicle business across Bihar. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to develop dealer and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Electric Vehicles (EVs) in assigned territories.
  • Identify and develop new customers, dealers, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain EV features and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into business.
  • Coordinate with the service and operations team for customer support.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
  • Experience in Automobile, EV, FMCG, Consumer Durable, or Channel Sales will be preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Bihar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and smartphone applications.
