Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Varanasi. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, generating leads, and promoting financial products. The Sales Officer will execute sales operations, build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires actively participating in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to meet sales targets and business goals
- Proven ability to work in Channel Sales and engage with channel partners to foster relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for goal-driven results
- Relevant experience in financial services or sales is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
