The Sales Officer - HL/LAP will be responsible for promoting and selling Home Loans and Loan Against Property products to potential clients. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
• Provide information about various loan products, including Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and promote loan products accordingly.
• Achieve sales targets set by the organization through effective client engagement and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or banking sector.
• Strong understanding of Home Loans and Loan Against Property products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to analyze financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
