Role Description
The Sales Officer will focus on outreach efforts and target achievement in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include lead generation, cultivating relationships with customers, ensuring quality service delivery, driving sales operations, and developing successful channel partnerships. The Sales Officer will identify customer needs, present appropriate banking solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while contributing to organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to understand and address client needs while maintaining excellent service quality.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify, manage, and convert potential leads effectively.
- Knowledge and expertise in Channel Sales to foster partnerships and ensure the successful management of sales through various distribution channels.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships to ensure sustained business growth.
- Relevant experience in financial services or sales roles is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
