Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Sales Management: Handle channel sales operations including coordination with dealers and distributors.
  • Retail Visits: Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor sales, promotions, and product placement.
  • New Dealer & Distributor Acquisition: Identify, approach, and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand the distribution network.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve revenue targets through structured and target-oriented project execution.
  • Market Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of the market and target groups; maintain a network of experts in commercial kitchen planning (if applicable).
  • Presentation & Communication: Deliver strong presentations and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be willing to travel as required to meet clients, dealers, and distributors.
