Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales operations, and executing effective channel sales strategies. Duties include ensuring superior customer service, building and nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires proactively identifying business opportunities and contributing to the bank's growth through dynamic sales activities and collaborations with relevant teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service and ability to build strong client relationships
- Competency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to meet targets effectively
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Channel Sales and an understanding of multi-channel strategies
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, target-driven work environment
- Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to speak Tamil fluently and knowledge of the local market will be considered advantageous
