Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in :

Tier-2 (B): Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Guwahati.

Tier-3 (C): Jamshedpur, Rourkela, Durgapur.

You will oversee daily sales operations, retailer selection, order collectiom, payments and provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include lead generation, nurturing retailer relationships via meets, roadshows, dealer meets, identifying opportunities for channel sales, and supporting sales processes to drive business growth.

You will represent the Ekaya brand while ensuring positive client experiences and building strong customer connections.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in FMCG/BEAUTY/WELLNESS/LIFESTYLE Sales, Customer Service and Communication to engage effectively with clients and provide support.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and streamline processes.
  • Proficiency in Channel Sales to collaborate with partners and distributors efficiently.
  • Proactive and target-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG/Wellness/Beauty & Lifestyle industry Product Sales is mandatory.
