- Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary targets and TC/PC targets
Focus on range selling - open/ closed/ men/ women/ outdoor/ sports/ joggers etc
Assist in merchandising and in shop branding initiatives to trade marketing
Manage existing relationships with distributors, stockists, and retail outlets
Ensure timely placement of orders and despatches from distributors
Conduct regular store visits to ensure stock presence and inventory levels are maintained
Identify and onboard new retail partners to the assigned distributor
Analyze territory potential and implement initiatives for business growth in untapped segments.
Promote new product launches and seasonal collections effectively to channel partners- through range and product presentations
- Market Feedback & Reporting
Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotional activities, and new product offerings.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to the marketing and product development teams to influence future product strategies.
Report accurate sales, call reports, and expense reports
Ensure strict adherence to PJP and market coverage plans
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate degree/ Post graduate
Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Footwear industry
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM software
Other: Must possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
