Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new customers, dealers, or distributors in the assigned area.
  • Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Execute company sales strategies and promotional activities in the market.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with supply chain/logistics for product availability and delivery.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and reviews as scheduled.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 13 years of field sales experience (FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, or similar sector preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
