Job Summary:
The Head of Presales & Solutions for the Semiconductor Segment will lead the presales function, managing the sales process by responding to RFIs/RFPs and ensuring alignment with client requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to account mining, offerings positioning, and lead generation, while working closely with sales teams to drive successful closures.
Required Qualification:
Any latest technology/domain certification is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process by responding to RFIs/RFPs.
- Proactively mine accounts and position offerings to generate leads.
- Respond to RFX to address client requirements, opportunities, and pursuits, including proposal authoring and presentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to drive bid timelines, submissions, and reviews.
- Stay updated with market trends, products, and competitor landscape.
- Create and maintain a collateral repository for offerings, research, capabilities, credentials, and standard templates.
- Lead the presales function for the Semiconductor Segment.
- Demonstrate ambition to transition into sales roles (BRM/Client Partner Roles).
- Understand Semiconductor customers business acumen, strategy, and dynamics.
- Exhibit a self-driven attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
- Maintain organizational awareness and a solution mindset to address stated and unstated objectives of customers.
- Leverage strong delivery, sales, and presales experience.
