Job Opening: Sales Officer Dairy Products (Mumbai and Delhi)

Salary Range: 30,000 35,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Officer with strong expertise in selling dairy products, especially yogurt, paneer, and ghee. The ideal candidate should have deep market knowledge, established distributor/retailer relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the Mumbai region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for yogurt, paneer, ghee, and related dairy products
- Develop and manage distributor, wholesale, and retail channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and onboard new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, modern trade outlets, and distributors
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and pricing insights
- Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and payment coordination
- Support promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the dairy industry
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai dairy market (retailers, distributors, HORECA preferred)
- Proven experience in selling yogurt, paneer, ghee, or similar products
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
