Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India, for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating and nurturing leads, executing channel sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. Key duties include building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience while driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Experience in Sales Operations, including sales planning and execution
- Knowledge of Channel Sales strategies and practices
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in the paints industry or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
