Role Description

The Sales Officer role at AU Small Finance Bank is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, enabling a combination of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include engaging with new and existing customers, generating leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, executing sales operations, and collaborating with channel partners to drive business growth. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Proficiency in Channel Sales and relationship management
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a customer-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services or banking industry is an advantage
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and willingness to meet challenges
