Sales Merchandiser

Responsible for managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting senior merchandisers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of garment orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, ERP, and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow as per instructions from management.
• Assist Senior Merchandisers in daily activities and operational tasks.
• Manage order processing by working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to expedite order-related processes.
• Convert leads into orders by providing costing and handling sampling orders as advised by management.
• Ensure timely delivery of shipments by proactively identifying and addressing potential delays in production, sourcing, or shipment processes.
• Handle tasks delegated by management efficiently and proactively.
• Adhere to systems, processes, and guidelines implemented by the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the garment industry.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on quality control.
• Strong coordination and workflow management skills.
