We are hiring for an entry-level remote sales role that blends inside-sales, lead generation, and marketing coordination to build pipeline and support closing activity.
Primary job title: Sales Trainee (Remote)
Role & Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects to meetings using phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn messaging) to generate sales-qualified leads.
- Maintain and update CRM records, track pipeline stages, and ensure timely follow-ups and activity logging.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, share prospect feedback, and improve campaign targeting.
- Support proposal creation, demo scheduling, and post-demo follow-up to accelerate deal progression.
- Meet weekly activity targets, produce concise activity reports, and iterate on outreach based on performance data.
