Job Description

A technology services company operating in the IT services and digital solutions sector, focused on delivering B2B software-enabled services and growth-driven marketing solutions to enterprise and SMB customers. The team sells subscription and services-based offerings that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.

We are hiring for an entry-level remote sales role that blends inside-sales, lead generation, and marketing coordination to build pipeline and support closing activity.

Primary job title: Sales Trainee (Remote)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects to meetings using phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn messaging) to generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, track pipeline stages, and ensure timely follow-ups and activity logging.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, share prospect feedback, and improve campaign targeting.
  • Support proposal creation, demo scheduling, and post-demo follow-up to accelerate deal progression.
  • Meet weekly activity targets, produce concise activity reports, and iterate on outreach based on performance data.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working remotely across India with reliable internet and a customer-first attitude.
