Sales Marketing Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor performance and provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of KPIs and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & marketing with team handling exposure.
• Ability to drive performance and meet deadlines under pressure.
