Role Description

The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in supporting and expanding the company's customer base through technical expertise and consultative sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, providing technical support, delivering product demonstrations, and generating sales. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bharuch, with some travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical solutions
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to identify customer needs, build lasting relationships, and close deals
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field
• Experience in the Pneumatic, Hydraulic, or Process Instrumentation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in creating and delivering technical presentations
