- Total OTE (On-Target Earnings): 12,00,000 (12 LPA).

- Schedule: Monday to Saturday.

- Stakeholder Management: Engaging with both individual candidates and corporate hiring partners.
The 2-Day Hiring Process- Day 1: Resume Screening & Initial Pitch (Phone/Virtual).
- Day 2: Final Face-to-Face Interview & Offer Letter Issuance.
