Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
• Promote products and services through outdoor/field marketing and sales visits
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate key benefits to potential buyers
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance
• Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis in assigned areas
• Assist in brand awareness and promotional campaigns

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 0–7 years (Freshers welcome for junior roles)
• Qualification: From 10th pass to Graduate, depending on the role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Languages: English, Hindi, Assamese (preferred)
• Sales experience in any of the listed industries will be an advantage
• Must be comfortable with outdoor field work and client visits
• Two-wheeler preferred for mobility (for field and area-based roles)
• Willingness to travel for regional business development

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on role and experience)
• Travel Allowance (TA) + Daily Allowance (DA)
