Sales & Marketing Post for Pune

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales & Marketing Executives to enhance our sales and marketing efforts for FPT high-horsepower engines. One position will be based in Pune. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and marketing of Gensets, ideally in high-horsepower engines or related industrial sectors, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and foster enduring client relationships. These roles are pivotal in reinforcing our position as a trusted PAN India distributor in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets for FPT high-horsepower engines in the B2B market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Genset OEMs to expand the client base across India.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, leveraging insights to tailor sales and marketing strategies
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals while ensuring profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA with a focus on Sales or Marketing is a plus.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing of Gensets / Engine, preferably in high-horsepower engines,

Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques
