Sales & Marketing Post for Mumbai / Pune

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales & Marketing Executives to enhance our sales and marketing efforts for FPT high-horsepower engines. One position will be based in Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and marketing, ideally in high-horsepower engines or related industrial sectors, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and foster enduring client relationships. These roles are pivotal in reinforcing our position as a trusted PAN India distributor in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets for FPT high-horsepower engines in the B2B market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, industrial manufacturers, and distributors to expand the client base across India.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, leveraging insights to tailor sales and marketing strategiesNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals while ensuring profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA with a focus on Sales or Marketing is a plus.

Experience

5-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in high-horsepower engines, Gensets, industrial machinery, marine or heavy equipment sectors.

Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques
