Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for Sales Marketing Positions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales, managing customer experiences, delivering exceptional service, and providing training to staff when necessary. The role also requires strategizing sales efforts for effective promotion of Urban Flea's artistic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and address client needs effectively
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving targets and performance metrics
• Experience in Training team members to ensure consistency in customer interactions and service delivery
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Passion for art, culture, and community-focused initiatives is an added advantage
