Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position located in Bengaluru. The role involves promoting and selling company products while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building strong relationships with current customers, and providing training sessions on product usage. The role also includes managing sales strategies and contributing to the achievement of organizational growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to identify and acquire new customers
• Knowledge of Sales Management practices and the ability to implement effective strategies
• Experience in providing Training and product demonstrations to clients
• Proficiency in problem-solving and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior industry experience in HVAC&R or related fields is an advantage
