Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing position located in Vaghodia. The role involves coordinating and managing sales activities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, providing necessary training to clients and team members, and ensuring sales goals are met. The role requires collaboration with different teams to optimize marketing strategies and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and achieving sales targets
• Experience in Training to support the development of team members and clients
• Ability to create and maintain marketing strategies that resonate with potential clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
