Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Position located in Coimbatore. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing sales strategies, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include promoting company products, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, training customers or team members if required, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain professional relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve sales targets, manage sales pipelines, and adapt strategies as needed.
- Experience in Training to guide clients or colleagues about products, services, or operational processes as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing, particularly in the IT or technology sector, is an advantage.
