Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales and Marketing professional. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, build and nurture customer relationships, and promote the company's design, printing, and gifting services. Responsibilities include generating leads, designing and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training sessions for team members. The selected candidate will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and build long-lasting relationships.
- Experience and proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve performance targets.
- Ability to lead and conduct Training for team members to improve overall sales capabilities and performance.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and sales goals.
- An educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the design, printing, or gifting industries is a plus.
