Sales Marketing Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales & Marketing officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales with strong communication skills. The candidate should be confident in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to final negotiation, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with prospective clients through leads provided by the company.
• Conduct timely and professional follow-ups to nurture client interest and maintain engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with potential clients.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings for detailed discussions.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Travel to various project locations to meet clients, gather site-specific information, and support project planning and decision-making.
• Meet and exceed predefined sales targets and performance metrics.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualification: Bachelor degree in sales and marketing or relevant field

Experience: 3-5 Years (Trade India experience preferred)

Language Proficiency: English & Hindi (Required)

Skills: Communication, Negotiation & Presentation

Willigness to travel (Required)
