Primary Responsibility:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for solar EPC projects

1. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for solar EPC projects (C&I, Utility-Scale).
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: project developers, independent power producers (IPPs), commercial/industrial facility owners, utilities, government agencies, and landowners.
3. Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, initial contact, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and project specifics.
6. Negotiate complex EPC contracts, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and service agreements.
7. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
