Role Description

This role is for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, India. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, leading marketing campaigns, performing market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus
